Booking Fees

Standard Booking Fee: A flat fee of £2.99 is applied to each service booking. This fee supports the maintenance of our platform, ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Cancellation Fee: For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a fee of £5.00 will be charged to compensate our service providers for their time.

Transaction Fees

Payment Processing Fee: Transactions on the Autovolve platform incur a processing fee of 2.5% of the total service cost, covering the expenses associated with secure payment handling.

Late Payment Fee: For any payments not processed by the due date, a late fee of £10.00 will be applied to ensure timely compensation for our service providers.

Special Services Fees

Priority Booking Fee: Should you require an urgent booking, a priority fee of £10.00 can be paid to expedite your service request.

Custom Services Fee: For services that require special expertise or rare parts, an additional fee will be calculated based on the specific requirements of the job. This fee will be communicated and agreed upon before service commencement.
